Celebrating the move with a healing taster day!
I’m just finishing moving into my new place! I work from home, so this means I have moved my life and work to a new house in Splott. There are still a couple of shelves to go up tonight, but I am celebrating the transition and the new beginnings!
Also, I have been finding myself talking about Reconnective Healing quite a lot recently; it’s a form of healing similar to reiki in how it is carried out but much more powerful, intense and immediate. Very few people know about it as it is quite a recent development in the field of energy healing. Also, it’s a bit difficult to convey to someone who’s never experienced it, exactly what it feels like to receive a healing: the flow of energy and shifts in the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of your body are simply mindblowing.
So in view of all this, I decided to have a day of Reconnective Healing tasters on Saturday (23rd January) at my new pad. Come and see my new place, have a cuppa and experience a short session for yourself! It’s magic.
Details below, ring me to book (don’t just turn up as I will be seeing one person at a time…) or for more info. See you on Saturday!

I guess a lot of you reading this blog haven’t know me for that long. Those who have, know that I do not do affiliate marketing and that I do not plug products for the sake of it. I find it a bit spammy and I dislike it.
This is something else though – follow this link, download the pdf, and have a scroll through. Read it from start to finish, or dip in here and there to find what is just right for you at this point in time. It is an inspiration. I’m tempted to buy the paper copy just so I can open it at random from time to time. It’s that good. That’s why I’m sharing this.
Enjoy. Comment (below). Share on…
Noreen’s amazing life list!
This is a work in progress. Mostly I will keep adding to it; occasionally some items may fall off if my life and objectives change, and some will get ticked (if they are one-off actions) when I have achieved them. The others will serve as a daily reminder – this list is pinned on the wall in my office, by the way – along with my manifesto, to be completely and truly who I want to be!
What is on *your* life list then?
See the Northern Lights. | See the Taj Mahal at dusk. | Go to a rave in Goa. | Create a peaceful and nurturing living space. | Learn to tango. | Return to Victoria Falls to meditate in the mist. | Raise consciousness (in general!) through my work. | Take part in a food fight. | Write a book for children. | Learn to speak Welsh. | Make things – at least once a month: paper, printing, calligraphy, drawing!! | Unleash my creativity – dance inside daily. | Learn to sing. | Sparkle. | Finish or delegate the mending! | Get a cleaner for the bits of housework that don’t bring me joy. | Sprout sprouts. | Compile life books for the children – include Mme Rossignol’s recipe for crêpes. | Visit my mum quarterly and phone her weekly. | Juice at least every other day. | Plan time to plan! | Have an interview published in a national magazine. | Be on the radio. | Visit Barcelona. | Convert a warehouse into a modern, sustainable living space. | Own some woodland in the wilds of West Wales. | Test drive a Jaguar XKR convertible. | See the Rock Church in Helsinki. | Go skinny dipping. | Do a parachute jump. | Make snow angels. |
