Professional clairvoyant readings – 7th Nov, my place!
My friend Caroline D Bobart does professional clairvoyant readings – she is very talented and I think she is so good that I am organising a morning of readings at my house in Cardiff on Sat 7th November.
Caroline’s readings are like nothing else I’ve experienced before – she takes (and talks) you through your energy field and enables you to experience the different energy patterns, emotions and beliefs shaping your daily feelings, experiences, self-esteem and ability to create in joyful, truthful, abundant ways. I have found that having a reading with Caroline allows a shift to happen in your energy, and brings clarity and a stronger sense of direction and purpose. I don’t know of anyone else in Cardiff who works in this way!
Caroline will be doing a series of six half-hour individual clairvoyant readings, at a special price of £25 per 30 min reading. Choose one from the follwing exciting array of topics: past lives / relationships / self – where are you now? / creativity/work / manifestation and abundance.
AS THE NUMBER OF SLOTS IS LIMITED TO SIX, READINGS NEED TO BE BOOKED AND PAID FOR IN ADVANCE.
Please contact Caroline on 07984 436 290 or at privatereadings@carolinediana.com for further information and to book. I am also available on 07877 038 084 for any queries and more info.

How to kill a cat?
This is a short video my lbf (lovely boyfriend) found on YouTube. It made me laugh and laugh and laugh. It’s called Comment tuer un chat? which means How to kill a cat? in French. It’s not nasty at all. (Or I wouldn’t have it here!)
Try something new today. Or tomorrow, or next week. Just when it feels good.
I went to my Nia class this evening. I’m hurrying up (a bit, within reason) to write this post, because I’ve just had a shower and my energy is winding down and soon I will be feeling very sleepy.
First of all, I cancelled my gym membership last week. I joined about 18 months – or was it 2 years? – ago, because I was going to Nia twice a week then – Tuesdays and Thursdays – and the cost worked out. Since then, various things have changed in how my week is organised, Thursday evenings are a bit of a rush, and also between the house move and various other things happening, I just stopped going altogether for pretty much the past 2 months. And during that time I had this gym membership at the back of my mind, and it didn’t feel very good to be wasting the money, but the pressure of “having to” go twice a week was just too much, but not going at all was rubbish, etc etc – so last Monday I just cancelled it.
And do you know what? I immediately felt so much lighter! I pay per lesson now (yes I’ve been to two Tuesday classes already), and it so happens that one of my friends can also make Tuesdays so we’re meeting there. So all in all instead of trying – and spectacularly failing! – to go to Nia twice a week, I now aim – and achieve – to merely go once a week. And I thoroughly enjoy it… I’ve missed going. By putting too much pressure on myself I didn’t actually achieve anything at all.
Anyway. That was kind of a preamble to the main point of this post. At the gym where the Nia classes are held, there is a whiteboard with the list of all the classes on that day. Last Tuesday I completely failed to register that there was a Street Dancing class after Nia, but for some reason that caught my eye today. The Nia class was brilliant, energy levels were really high, we all came out buzzing and three of us decided to stay on for the Street Dance class (this is not a video of the actual class I went to but it will give you an idea of what it involves).
Well after 40 minutes my brain died and refused to take in any new information
. In that hour’s class we only learnt the moves for about 16 beats, and my moves were pretty far off the mark, but it was ok because we kept moving for an hour and it was great fun. So tonight I danced for two hours altogether, and I’m doing it again next week. Well – I danced for an hour and then uncoordinately bimbled for an hour, but I’m doing it again next week anyway! And it’s great because dancing for two hours on one day works better for me than trying to do two evenings every week.
So, my point is – last week for whatever reason the time wasn’t right for me to go to Street Dance, but this week the circumstances were perfect, the class jumped out at me from the whiteboard, the energy at the Nia class was good for everyone and several of us went together to the next class and thoroughly enjoyed it. And from now on I’ll be upping my exercise levels by 100%! Last week it probably wouldn’t have worked for me to try that new class (I’m only guessing here, but I suspect…), whereas this week it felt great. So when something new comes along, try it! It doesn’t have to be today – tomorrow, next week, whenever. No pressure! Follow the pleasure principle (if it feels good keep doing it, if it hurts, stop!). Try something new – just do it when it feels good.
Have you stopped doing something that doesn’t bring you joy, and/or started doing something that does? Have you been adventurous lately? What have you tried – whether it has worked for you or not… Did the process of experimenting feel good?
(Some of the) Things that made me smile this summer
I’ve just downloaded a bunch of photos off my phone, and I came across a few that I had forgotten about, that I had snapped because they made me smile… Here they are – good memories of this summer
8th July: at my friend Vicki’s graduation ceremony at the Wales Willenium Centre down Cardiff Bay, two little girls hiding under a new graduate’s cloak.

16th-19th July: Glade Festival. There was a guy wandering around with a placard – which you can just about make out in front of the massive pile of speakers. It says: “Down with this sort of thing.”

August: one of my friends from high school visited for a few days and we went down the Gower. The weather was pretty rainy
We stopped in Caswell where the ice cream shop proudly proclaims: “Caswell | Milan | London”. Oh, the glamour!

September: I was stopped at some traffic lights behind this Fiat Stilo (yes it was raining).
